Legal/Terms of service

Terms of service

The agreement for using two.run and the Two.run app.

Effective 10 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and NZWE, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us") for use of the two.run website and the Two.run app (the "service"). By using the service you accept these terms. If you use Two.run for an organisation, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

Two.run turns brand sources into a design system: tokens, themes, components, documentation and a brand book. The service is in early release and features may change. Anything marked "coming soon" is not part of the service until it ships.

3. Accounts

Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 16 and using Two.run for business or professional purposes.

4. Plans, trial and billing

When paid plans are available, the following applies:

  • Starter: US$30 a month, or US$24 a month billed yearly. Team: US$99 per editor a month, or US$79 billed yearly. Enterprise: by written agreement. Prices exclude taxes.
  • New workspaces get a 14-day Team trial with no card required. Anything you generate during the trial is yours to keep.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your workspace stays readable for 30 days after that.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the brand sources you add. You give us permission to host, copy and transform them only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the rights to the brand materials you upload.

6. Generated output

You own the tokens, themes, code, documentation and other output generated for your workspace, and you may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercial and client work, without attribution. We claim no rights in your output beyond what we need to operate the service. Because output is generated, similar output may be produced for others.

7. AI features and validation

AI proposals can be wrong. Validation reports are evidence within the checks they list, not a certification of accessibility, security or fitness for a purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before you ship it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Two.run to break the law, infringe anyone's trademarks or other rights, upload malware, overload or probe the service without permission, scrape it, resell it, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

9. Our property

The service, its software and the Two.run name and marks belong to us. These terms do not give you rights in them beyond using the service.

10. Third-party services

The service relies on providers such as Supabase, Netlify, OpenAI and Stripe. Integrations you connect, such as a code repository, are also governed by their own terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Two.run at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users, and will give notice where reasonably possible. Sections 5 to 15 survive termination.

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
