What is checked automatically, and what it does not prove.
Automated checks
- Text and non-text contrast in every theme
- Visible keyboard focus
- Token references resolve and no raw values leak into components
- Component API types compile
- Coverage: components used by example screens exist
Needs human review
Some checks need judgement, such as screen-reader labels on icon-only buttons. They are listed separately and block nothing, but ship as known limitations unless resolved.
What validation is not
Automated checks are evidence within their coverage, not an accessibility or security certification.
